KleanKlub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted providers who help us operate (booking software, payment processing, accounting), all bound by data protection agreements.
Customer records are kept for up to 6 years after your last booking to meet HMRC and insurance requirements, then securely deleted.
You can request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by KleanKlub. By booking a service with us, you agree to them.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the property differs significantly on the day (size, condition, access), we’ll discuss any change in price with you before continuing.
If you’re not happy with anything, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to put it right at no extra cost. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You agree to provide safe access, working utilities, and any alarm codes needed. We treat all keys and codes with the highest care and never label them with your address.
We carry £2 million public liability insurance. Claims for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the clean. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service unless our insurance covers more.
For health, safety, and insurance reasons we don’t handle biohazards, mould, pest infestations, or items above 2 metres without proper equipment. We’ll flag any of these on arrival and offer alternatives.
All KleanKlub cleaners are vetted, trained, and employed by us. You agree never to directly hire or solicit our staff outside KleanKlub, at any time.
